Traditional pandoro cake, in a fine Skiers tin. The Pandoro Chiostro di Saronno is produced according to the traditional recipe and criteria, through a slow and natural leavening and all ingredients, from flour to milk, eggs to butter, the yeast, are of natural origin strictly fresh and genuine, free of preservatives and colorant.
Pandoro is a perfect match full-bodied wines, aroma and taste intense. Put Panettone in a microwave (low power for 3 minutes) or in the oven at low temperature just before serving; in this way you have a very fragrant cake; cut the cake horizontally in so many slices as you like. Spread each upper layer of the slices with cold custard, chocolate or coffee creme, jam etc. "Rebuild" the Pandoro in the original shape or alternate the angles of the cake to get a kind of Christmas tree.
